1. Material and Process: Made of 20CrMnTi high-strength alloy steel, treated with carburizing and quenching process. The tooth hardness reaches 59-63 HRC, and the matrix has excellent toughness, ensuring both wear resistance and impact resistance.

2. Structural Design: The inner bore is equipped with a multi-keyway/spline structure, and the fit clearance with the drive shaft is controlled within 0.01-0.03mm, ensuring strong adaptability; the teeth are thickened by 20% (compared to ordinary gears), and the tooth root fillet is optimized, increasing the torque capacity by 30%.

3. Surface and Durability: The surface is treated with blackening/oxidation, achieving a rust prevention level of 480 hours in salt spray testing; the fatigue life is ≥12000 hours (under heavy load conditions), and it can adapt to extreme working environments from -40℃ to +50℃.
